शैक्षिक प्रौद्योगिकी विंग एससीईआरटी स्टूडेंट्स-क्लब की स्थापना की प्रस्तावित करता है। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य, एक डिजिटल सीखने का मंच प्रदान करके नवयुग टेक्नोलॉजी और 21वीं सदी कौशलों को प्रोत्साहित कर,छात्रों और शिक्षकों का सहयोग करना है,। इसका संकलन दीक्षा हरियाणा द्वारा किया जाएगा।
टेक्नोलॉजी कौशलों की जानकारी, विशेष कर शिक्षा में, हमारे जीवन का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बन गई है। इसमें स्कूली छात्रों के सीखने के अनुभव को उन्नत करने की बहुत अधिक संभावना है। इसे उपचारी माध्यम केन्द्रित तकनीक द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया जा रहा है, ताकि छात्रों को शिक्षा के साथ ही दीर्घकालिक जीवन के परिणामों का भी लाभ मिल सके।
लक्ष्य -

NEP-2020 की सिफारिशों पर आधारित छात्रों में 21वीं-सदी कौशल विकसित करना।

छात्रों में 21वीं-सदी कौशल और आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस के क्षेत्र में रुचि, ज्ञान, और नवाचार को बढ़ावा देना।

विभाग की सभी आईसीटी पहलों को संभालने के लिए छात्रों और शिक्षकों को सशक्त बनाना।
कार्यक्रम की रूपरेखा -
टेक्नोलॉजी कौशल क्लब हरियाणा के चुने हुए सरकारी स्कूलों में स्थापित किया जा रहा है । टेक्नोलॉजी कौशल क्लब की कोर टीम में 6वीं से 8वीं कक्षा के कम से कम 10 छात्र और 9वीं से 12वीं कक्षा के 10 छात्र होंगे। 6वीं से 8वीं कक्षा और 9वीं से 12वीं कक्षा के एक /दो शिक्षक/ पीजीटी इन क्लबों का नेतृत्व करेंगे।
Continuing Haryana’s innovative strides in educational mentoring, this training is the next step in the journey of Effective Classroom Observation (ECO). After a successful pilot (Feb–April 2025), SCERT Haryana recently conducted the ECO Master Trainers Training from 21st to 24th July 2025. These Master Trainers will now lead the capacity-building of 1517 mentors across 119 blocks in all 22 districts.
This training is designed to equip mentors in key areas such as classroom culture, instructional practices, and socio-emotional skills. A crucial component of the training is the reliability exam, which participants must pass to be certified as ECO Observers. Once certified, they will play a pivotal role in improving student-teacher interactions and fostering classrooms that are inclusive, engaging, and supportive of students’ holistic development.
By participating in this training, you are contributing to a state-wide shift toward reflective, data-informed, and student-centered classroom practices—creating meaningful impact where it truly matters.
